  1.     Add User Authorization

  3.     Use this window to select which manageable objects a
  4.     user can access and what type of access the user will have.

  7.     Fields

  9.     The User Authorization Add window has the following fields:
  10.  
  11.     User Name
  12.  
  13.     Use this field to specify which user will receive these
  14.     authorization privileges. You can also click on the arrow button on
  15.     the right to select from a list of known users.
  16.  
  17.     Default Pool
  18.  
  19.     Use this field to specify which pool of hosts the user should be
  20.     placed in when he or she starts Enlighten. You can also click on the
  21.     arrow button on the right to display a list of previously defined
  22.     pools and select one.

  24.     Change Pool
  25.  
  26.     Use this toggle button to specify if the user may change his or her
  27.     pool. The default setting is Yes.
  28.  
  29.     View Privileges
  30.  
  31.     Use the toggle button for each manageable object listed in this
  32.     column to specify whether the user may view all the data (Yes) or
  33.     none of the data (No) that function can access. The default is Yes.

  35.     Modify Privileges
  36.  
  37.     Use the toggle button for each manageable object listed in this
  38.     column to specify if the user may modify the data (Yes) that can
  39.     access. The default is Yes.

  41.     Note: If the user's View Privileges for any object are disabled
  42.     (No), the user's Modify Privileges for that object will also
  43.     automatically be disabled.

  45.     Buttons
  46.  
  47.     The User Authorization Add window has the following buttons:

  50.  
  51.     Once you've made all the selections for the new user authorization,
  52.     click on this button to save the current user configuration. The new
  53.     authorized user will then appear in the list box within the User
  54.     Authorization Configuration window.

  56.     Clear Fields
  57.  
  58.     Click on this button to clear the existing choices in all fields.
  59.  
  60.     Close
  61.  
  62.     Click on this button to discard any changes and close the window.
